I don't know if blood tests are still required, but would this help identify individuals with AIDs before they got married? Would this be good for the couple that is about to get married?

As I understand it, it's a means of preventing the spread of STDs, particularly on the newlyweds passing it on to their children. I know not all of them has, but alot has. Well not just married couples but anyone planning on getting pregnant. I remember that my High School students are even involved with such case. I don’t see it but it has been the talk of the school.
