According to World Health Organization, prevention is the primary defense against acquiring HIV. Whereas, Condoms have been the most advocated in the HIV Prevention Programmes. From various researches, it was proven that the HIV risks among male and females decreased with the use of condom. This is due to impermeability of the latex condoms to infectious agents contained in genital secretions, including the smallest viruses.
Condom has been the first line of defense against HIV since man has invented it. If you don’t know your partner well then you must use it on her. It is true that you can’t feel the sensation when you are going to use it but it is better then getting the virus.
That's exactly the point of people who advocate the use of condoms. Less pleasure but slim chance of getting infected. But maybe few will not agree with this practice?
For me, I’m better of with less pleasure then to have a disease that would ruin my life. Of course, if I got married then I would have all the pleasure in the world of not using it a condom.
Just to add to this thread a point brought up before...
Be careful in using non-latex condoms. These are most likely easier to break. Latex condoms on the other hand have been tested. Still, condoms do not provide 100% protection against the disease. _________________ Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be. ~Grandma Moses
Use of condoms assures 99% protection! The remaining 1% may put you at risk due to condom breakage or factory defects. So, use 2 condoms at a time to get more protection!!!

Thanks for the heads up!
I’m going to avoid anything that would easily break up. Do you know how could I identify a condom if its latex or not?
Some say that latex condoms may be stretched in excess of 800% before breaking! But of course, I don't think you'll stretch the condom just to test elasticity!
Keep in mind that, in addition to condoms, dental dams made of latex are also an important barrier that can be used to help prevent the transmission of the virus.
