In all honesty, I don't see myself asking that question. Although if asked I will answer.
An exception of course, and not admitting to anything , would be people considered high risk, comfort women for instance. _________________ Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be. ~Grandma Moses
I do ask. But I also do not have what is often considered High risk sex. My partner is an actual partner no one night stands no drug use etc. I also first freely offer up that I have been tested and explain how easy it is and if they react strangely then I rethink my ideals about starting a relationship with this person.
To be honest, I don’t want to ask her that question because she might get offended and don’t have sex with me. It’s better if you would do a test on her by pushing her abdomen.

Asking your partner about results of HIV tests done may be sound offending. But I guess, good communication will avoid this issue. So try to be open with each other even sensitive topics like this.
