but this is rarely the case. look at the elizabeth glaser pediatric AIDS foundation, her son, infected at birth has lived such a long, full, healthy life
Definitely being true to one person is a big help, as long as they are being true to you, too.
The Glasers certainly drew attention to the situation. Just to be clear though, daughter Ariel did die in 1988. Jake, however, is now a member of the foundation board, as I understand it. _________________ ==Go to your happy place!

I agree that sticking with one partner can be a help, providing that partner is also faithfull to you. That is why I married, I wanted to be with just one person for the rest of my life.
Honesty is the key to maintain a good relationship. If you'll keep to yourself that you are infected and the partner will get infected too, that wouldn't be fair. So, be honest, there's a greater chance that your partner will understand the situation.
