Absolutely not. I would let them know that they did the right thing and I would get involved and help get any and all needed information if it was a positive result and do my best to keep their spirits raised as that is what is needed.
I don’t think that there is something alarming on this because I know that I can’t be infected just by talking to them. I would have been scared if I have sex with my friend
Definitely not. I wouldn't react indifferently besides I won't get infected by just talking with that person. Unless, I have sexual contact with the person confiding and that's a different issue.
It would not change the way I feel about my friend. I would still be there for them no matter what the outcome of the test may be. Why should it bother you that they were tested? I myself think it would be a good thing especially if there were any chance that it may be positive. I would back them no matter what. That is what friends are for.
