I am a 30 year old African American male living in the West Indies. In the early part of 2008 just after the New Year I attended a wedding where I drank and eat allot, too much actually. I got sick (major hangover) and vomited the next day. For threes (3) months afterwards I suffered from diarrhea and unusual stomach pain, so I finally decided to go the doctor. He sent me to do some blood work (no HIV/Aids test), and according to him everything was okay. So he decided to do a search of my stomach thru my rectum and mouth. He didn't find anything Cancerous, but he did find an infection and told me I had Gastroenteritis and gave me some medication. Anyway that has passes, a lil trouble here and there, but nothing major.

Just over a few months back (August) I started to notice some dark spots on my feet that haven't gone away, they are dark (black) slightly raised and hard (rough), as time passed a small few started to appear on my legs, and stomach area. They start out looking like small pimples, then start to mimic ring worms, then finally turn black and flat. Those on the other parts of my body are soft and flat. I've also found a ring worm like area in the corner of my mouth. I have attached a few pictures as examples. They are generally painless, but the ones on my feet itch from time to time, so does the one on my stomach. My question is, do you think it could be HIV/AIDS related.

The last time I took a test was in early 2007 and everything was good, my girlfriend takes two test annually, and she's fine too. She just did one in November and everythings clean and clear. So I'm really confused.
