There's no vaccine nor specific treatment to cure it. Only those to slow down the virus' attack in the host's body. If you are in this situation, how will you deal with it?

If you are in this situation, how will you deal with it? i think the only approach is to recognize that you need to do what you can to take care of yourself; whether you're HIV positive or you have some other illness, the reality is that there are going to be days that are harder than others and there are going to be frustrations. life is about living each day to the fullest...

I guess I think it's a little like making it a game or presumptuous to ask, hey, what would you do, especially when the odds are people here are dealing with it. My first concern would most likely be my comfort and not what the doctor had in mind as treatment. I would probably give my husband a divorce, not only to spare him, but also to simplify my obligations to other people.
