Shortage of Health Workers in Developing Countries Hindering Efforts To Fight HIV/AIDS, Experts Say at AIDS Conference
Health worker shortages in developing countries are hindering efforts to fight HIV/AIDS as more physicians and nurses leave lower-income countries for wealthier nations where they receive higher salaries.
It's a sad truth that shortage of health care workers is rampant especially in third world countries. And the decrease in number affects the access to antiretroviral drugs. But I guess we can't blame these health workers from moving out of their countries to seek for greener pasture...

No you cannot blame the individuals for wanting to move. However the cases in third world countries are then left to charitable organizastion to assist them. I would like to know what the governments are doing to help too.
