It's a sad truth that shortage of health care workers is rampant especially in third world countries. And the decrease in number affects the access to antiretroviral drugs. But I guess we can't blame these health workers from moving out of their countries to seek for greener pasture...

However the cases in third world countries are then left to charitable organizastion to assist them. I would like to know what the governments are doing to help too.
